UI/UX Designer
A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and efficient digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, and software products. They focus on both the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) to ensure products are easy to use and visually engaging.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze competitor products and market trends
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design user flows and screen layouts
- Validate designs through testing and feedback
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Knowledge of user-centered design and accessibility
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
- Creativity and visual design skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts is a plus
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, etc.)
- Preference for candidates with background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields

- CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA
